01 If Butler is still installed
Open Butler and use the Delete Account option in App Settings to initiate deletion of your account and associated personal data.
02 If you already deleted the app
Email support@ButlerKitchen.com, preferably from the email address connected to your Butler account. Use the subject line “Butler Account and Data Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify your identity so we do not delete the wrong account.
03 What happens next
After verification, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except for limited information we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Data may remain in protected backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.
04 Remember to cancel your subscription
Deleting your Butler account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider. Cancel through the provider you used so you are not charged again.
